Once you have applied for unemployment benefit and provided that we care documentation, the public employment service should resolve its State request within the 15 days of the surrendered and send the notice within 10 on the day after the date that has brought the resolution.

If after three months since the application for benefit, has received no response to that request, this shall be regarded as rejected by administrative silence, so you could bring a claim before the courts.
