The active employment policies (Title III, of the law 3 / 2023 employment), the set of decisions, actions, services and orientation programmes, including brokering, employment, training and advice for self-employment and entrepreneurship, devoted to foster the creation of employment; improving the employability of persons seeking employment services and improve their access to employment, employment or self-employed; the full development of the right to decent employment, stable and quality; decent work generation; as well as, to the objective of full employment, in accordance with the provisions of articles 35 and 40 of the constitution and in the framework of a coordinated strategy for the use of the european Union.
