• Are a spouse, ascendants, descendants and other relatives by consanguinity or affinity, to the second degree including autonomous worker.
• Being unemployed and registered with the employment office.

• Indefinitely full- or part-time.

• There are No extinguished contracts of employment, either for objective reasons, or by punitive dismissals that have been declared inadmissible in court, either by collective redundancies that have been found not adjusted to Right, in the last 12 months prior to the conclusion of contracts that entitles the mother.
• The employer must maintain the level of employment within six months after the conclusion of contracts to the above-mentioned bonus.
• To examine the level of employment and their maintenance will not be considered extinctions of contracts of employment for objective reasons, or by punitive dismissals that have not been declared inadmissible, collective redundancies that have not been found not adjusted to law, as well as extinctions caused by resignation, death or permanent total incapacity, absolute or major disability of workers or the expiry of the agreed time limit or carrying out the work or services under the contract, or by a decision during the trial period.
• With regard to matters not provided for in this provision, will apply the provisions of section I, chapter I of the law 43 / 2006 , 29 december, to improved growth and employment, except as provided for in articles 2 . 7 , 6 . 1 .b) and 6 . 2 .
