The recovery Plan, transformation and Resilience provides, within the investment in Women, the Employment "projectActions to foster the mainstreaming of gender mainstreaming in all the active employment policies ".

This project seeks, primarily, the collaborative work to put the focus on mainstreaming a gender perspective in all the elements of the annual plans for employment of public employment services (both central and autonomous groups).

A Plan for Mainstreaming

The Strategic Plan for mainstreaming equality in active employment policies (PAE) it is one of the actions envisaged as part of the project. It Is a strategic master plan and whose purpose is to guide the intervention of public employment services (members of the National employment System) to eliminate gender gaps in access, maintenance and promotion in employment.

The SEPE is the body which leads the joint strategy for programmes and common services of the PAE.

Prior actions and ongoing actions

The project "actions to foster the mainstreaming of gender mainstreaming in all the active employment policies" has resulted in the development of a prior diagnosisthe situation relating to the integration of equality between women and men in the common services and programmes.

Inspired by this diagnosis, rises The Plan of action of the SEPEthe result of a working group consisting of technical profiles that has managed to select 27 action is ongoing to improve cross-cutting integration of gender perspectives in active employment policies.

In this Plan of action of the SEPE joined the rest of the communities; in this way, with the territorial diversity, assuming the challenge of a common horizon of equality.
