The project
The recovery Plan, transformation and Resilience includes a commitment to incorporate the principle of equality between women and men in the design, implementation and evaluation of activation policies for employment: it is born the project "actions to foster the mainstreaming of gender mainstreaming in all the active employment policies". The project is built on the basis of two complementary actions: a prior diagnosis, and a Plan of the cross-cutting approach.

The Strategic Plan for mainstreaming equality in the active employment policy orientates the public employment services with the aim of eliminate gender gaps in the access, maintenance and promotion of women and men at work.
