ComPersonal it is a free tool that allows you to measure themselves against personal competencies expeditiously and anonymous and receive an immediate report of its level of competence.

The Observatory of occupations in the SEPE has prepared a report to publicize the key personal competencies for employment more sued in the labour market, an analysis of thousands of job vacancies and the standard for Classification ESCO (European Skills, Competencies, Qualifications and Occupations) and the creation of a questionnaire that allows any citizen self in the thirteen following powers:

1. Processing of information, ideas and concepts.
2. Planning and organization.
3. Dealing with problems.
4. Innovative thinking.
5. Work efficiently.
6. Take a proactive approach.
7. Having a positive attitude.
8. Show willingness to learn.
9. Communicate.
10. Help others.
11. Working in teams and networks.
12. To lead others.
13. Follow-up to the ethical code of conduct.

The personal competencies also called "soft skills" or soft skills, are important for employability. The SEPE contributed to this study to the European Year of the powers to grant the value that deserve the relevant personal competencies for both in the search, as in the maintenance of a job.
