Under these guidelines, Public employment service Estatal (SEPE)as an Intermediary, and beneficiary of the operational programmes, and POEFE POISES POEJ, through its reprogramming, has adapted these operational programmes to new circumstances, in order to alleviate the effects caused by the outbreak of COVID- 19 through the financing of the mechanism of the files of Temporary Regulation of employment (ERTES) for working people, with the objective of contributing to the preservation and maintenance of employment for the future for all of them, thus alleviating the destruction of jobs in Spain since the beginning of the health crisis.

In this way, in the esf programming period 2014 - 2020 part of the costs borne by the state to finance the flexibility measures of the temporary adjustment mechanisms to avoid redundancies, adopted to address the COVID 19 will be the subject of cofinancing by the european Social fund.

To ensure compliance with eu legislation on the structural funds in the area of advertising the public employment service Estatal (SEPE) will communicate to those workers whose provision will be the subject of cofinancing by the european Social fund, without them, for the assumption of any type of obligation.
